Mental Health Days
Take advantage of and celebrate important Mental Health days such as World Mental Health Day, Suicide Prevention, PTSD awareness, Yoga Day, etc.
Use these days as a chance to set up a well-rounded yearly calendar that aims to promote and increase Mental Well-being all year long.
We can set up a talk, panel discussion, activation, or activity to celebrate these days.
It can be a 30-minute or one-hour public speech featuring someone sharing a personal experience related to the celebrated day.
For example, if it is suicide awareness day we can get a suicide survivor, a psychotherapist, and someone from the company to participate in a panel discussion about struggling with suicide.
We can set up an interactive activation in the office that engages people and has a specific goal like getting people to take a good look at their lives, really think about how they feel, share advice, etc.
It can be a Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, Art Therapy, Energy Healing or Sound Healing class.
